This vital role will drive all fundraising efforts, from cultivating donor relationships and leading dynamic digital campaigns to optimizing data-driven outreach and engagement. You’ll have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Kentucky Harvest’s mission, fueling our growth and expanding our digital presence.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • The Fundraiser with Heart – Someone who loves connecting people with meaningful causes.
  • The Digital Strategist – Skilled in leveraging digital tools, social media, and analytics to enhance fundraising efforts.
  • The Relationship Builder – A natural at fostering genuine relationships to strengthen donor loyalty and community support.
  • The CRM-Savvy Connector – Expert in using CRM systems to create personalized donor experiences.
  • The Strategic Planner – Able to craft comprehensive fundraising plans and measure success effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies with a strong digital integration.
  • Plan and execute engaging donor events and campaigns.
  • Manage major and planned giving initiatives, including the launch of a Legacy Society.
  • Secure and steward corporate sponsorships and grants.
  • Transform volunteer engagement into ongoing donor support.

Qualifications:

  • Required: 5–7+ years of fundraising experience, proficiency in CRM tools, a strong digital fundraising background, and excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with major gifts, legacy giving, and familiarity with hunger relief or food systems.
