Our Community
Community is the heart of our mission and Kentucky Harvest brings an intention to serve everyone in our community: the hungry, the organizations that feed them, our food donors, our supporting partners and financial donors.

What We Do
Our volunteers save local nonprofit organizations over $4 million in food costs each year that they can use to strengthen their community programs like homelessness, outreach, reunification of families, addiction recovery, programs for at-risk youth, and more.
How We Serve

Our volunteers deliver food to 85+ recipient organizations each year including homeless shelters, addiction recovery centers, children’s centers, schools, food pantries, churches and more.
In 2022, Harvest saved the organizations that we serve over $4 million that they can use to strengthen their programs which makes our community stronger. Last year, our volunteers rescued enough food to serve 2.3 million meals to food insecure people across Kentuckiana!
